Im glad it's not just me ranting about the lack of work. Like i've said loads of times, I started on the 4 march and only had 6 hours total in march and now i've had 70 mins so far in april!

Then they have the absolute cheek to rate us on such a small amount of work....and then they rate us low!!!

The other thing that really makes me angry is that they have carried on recruiting when theres no work to go round anyway

Lexilex.....when i log in the toolbar I have to refresh my page so that the clock becomes coloured - if I don't do this, it doesn't have me logged in

Sometimes i have to refresh 3 or 4 times until I see the colour appear on the clock. That's the only thing i can think might have happened here. I would be fuming too. This is all so much hassle, come back LB! I had an email invite from them (and they mentioned they know ive worked for them before) but i've not heard anything since

Changing the subject for a mo and please forgive the stoopid question... In chat the different types of tasks are referred to by what looks like nicknames - can someone tell me where I can find out what they all are please, it's driving me mad! I've only had 3 different types so I know I haven't done them all but it would just make what I read in chat make more sense!

Well I haven't heard anything yet.

I've gone through my records and made a list of times logged in, what tasks I did and how many, but I want to see what they come back with first.

If it was just 10 or 15 minutes, I would have probably just revised it, it took forever going through my records, but I am not losing 8 hours work!

Are you sure it's not the clock change in the US from PST to PDT?

I almost fell foul of this as they changed on March 10th and we changed March 31st, so between those two dates we were 7hrs behind, not 8.

Thanks everyone for sharing your March hours, it seems that I have some way to go to catch Pinkdebster, but as we suspected there isn't that much work about yet they are still recruiting, it's so frustrating..

Can't believe there's no reply yet lexilex, saying you need to revise by 8 hours is just ridiculous. Fingers crossed there's a reply soon.

caitchbee if you could share the task nicknames or point us to where they could be found that would be great.

I've only been on the chat once or twice but as it's dominated by the Americans who all seem to be talking code but seemingly have loads of work, it wasn't much use!

The invoicing team have got back to me tonight. Quite impressed, as nobody else from LF have replied that quickly, if at all.

I explained the situation, they told me what they had recorded. I asked if I could send my records and they said yes, but they believe their records to be right.

I've spent all night trying to make my information as simple as possible to send them, and I forwarded them this an hour ago, so we shall see.

I really would recommend everyone makes sure they're keeping good records of what they're doing and when. I've been reading up on invoicing today and it seems this happens quite often.

Good advice lexilex, I would echo this after making a hash of my record keeping at the start.

Hopefully you will get it sorted and the fact they responded so quickly seems positive.

I am really starting to lose my temper with them now! I have been very polite so far, but I don't know how much longer I can last, especially when I'm waiting 12 hours between emails just for them to come back with utter rubbish.

They told me to send my records in, which I did, and they have completely ignored them. I've pointed out that I have read of other people saying they have had this problem, that LF's records are incorrect, but they're ignoring that too.

It's such a lot of money to lose, and I worked for it!

Aaaaaaaaaargh!
