Thank you for your interest in becoming a Leapforce At Home Agent.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a contract at this time. We will keep
your qualification information on file, should other opportunities become
    available.

That was the email i just got from leapforce after passing the exam and signing the contract,i feel so so pained, any suggestion what i should do thinking of sending an email to them asking for a reason.
Any replies will really be appreciated

The same thing just happened to me. They didn't ask how long I lived here. They just said I couldn't get a contract. Did they contact you in the end?
  • It's most likely that a contract cannot be offered due to a lack of work. The last couple of months has seen work very thin on the ground and to continue giving contracts at this time is not feasible as we experienced staff have very little work ourselves. The best advice I can offer is to give it a couple of months the enquire with LF and it may be that things have picked up again.
  • Does anyone know who else you can work for without conflicting with LF?

As long as it isn't web search evaluation type work you should be fine. Appen, Lionbridge and iSoftstone offer similar work which you cannot do at the same time (bit they also offer other roles which are ok). If in doubt ask LF.
  • I have an exam invitation starting tomorrow. Anyone got any tips? I'm really worried I'm going to fail and I definfitely do not want to fail!

  • Read the guidelines multiple times, print a copy out and read away from the computer if that helps, and keep them open during testing (as a lot of questions and scenarios will relate back to the material). Good luck.
  • Unfortunately this job is a joke at the moment. Only apply if you want to work in the middle of the night, as due to the selfish nature of a small group of raters that stay up every night to steal the lions share of the work whilst you sleep ,you are unlikely to make a decent wage as a normal human being.

    Best Regards,
    The Leapforce at Home team

    what does that mean ?
  • Read up four posts. It means there is not enough work at the moment to offer you a position.
  • so they may offer me a contract when there will be more opportunities or I just kicked off because I can't apply to other projects even?
