thanks very much oneflewover i now have all the details in the boxes except one - its the "SWIFT Branch Details" - the auto fill didn't put anything in this box

any idea or is this optional?

If there isn't a little red asterisk next to the box then it's not required. I left a few empty.

Make sure your "bank account name" EXACTLY matches the name you put on your LF contract or it'll get rejected.

this is getting frustrating to say the least - i am now getting a message saying "Bank SWIFT Address: must not match specified value" ?????

i have put the SWIFT code for my bank in so am unsure what it is they require.

i just put in my IBAN number with my name and it accepted mine

RA will do all the invoicing for you if you pay to register it. Focus on quality first, your speed will improve later. You always invoice the time you worked. By the end of the month you want 100% or above (time worked out of the time allotted). If it's less than 100% you'll have problems. RA will keep track of that, so keep an eye on it.
