Thanks for this, lexilex!! I did work for LB until last month. Assumed everything would be OK as I have removed cookies etc, and there seem to be loads of recent LB people on here taking and passing the exam with no issues... I did spend the final three weeks of my contract on "quality review", and am wondering if this may be something to do with it as I'm basically just seeing the exact same screen I was seeing then. Will probably email them yet again and try to explain, and hopefully will get a response some time before the exam is due to end... :mad:

I'm hoping I don't have the same problem, I worked for lionbridge a while ago and got my exam this morning, started reading the guidelines but not clicked into the exam yet, will do that tomorrow. Hope you get it all sorted

I had a similar problem, mine was different in that I could access guidelines and part one, but then I couldn't access part 2.
The problem I had was I noticed I had lost access on saturday lunch time, and they had already finished work on the friday for the weekend. I had to wait untill Monday night for help and I had already lost 2 and a half days. So contact them today (now if possible as they are still working). Good luck

Yes I am!!! I only started work this week and thought it was maybe just me!!!

Phew! I've only just started as well and I've been getting no more than 10 minutes a day and some days only 1 or 2. No way I'm going to get enough hours at this rate, especially when I lost over a week because they hadn't emailed me to tell me I was active (I'm assuming they will count my work as starting when they say I was active, rather than from when I actually started working??) Do they take NRT into account when working out how productive you are?

I use to work for Lionbridge and have managed part 1 fine, but now waiting for part 2, it does say allow 4 hours so hoping it will be ok!

Did you get your part 2 ok?
If not dont forget that they are 8hrs behind us, so will be finishing work at approx 1am saturday morning, so message them asap.
They sorted mine out as soon as they got my message, its just that they didn't get it for 3 days lol!

Hi there, I used to do Lionbridge too and have just applied for Leapforce. Ive done the application and the initial 15 questions and have had a congratulations email saying they want to invite me to proceed with the agent qualification process. In that email it asks me to log in and sign several documents. I logged in but there is only a consent form to be signed and not the non-disclosure or Statement of Independent Contractor Status.

Will the others be sent to me (or appear on the website later) and will the exam appear on there at a later time too? Bit unclear on how the process works.

I did get it thanks, took just under the 4 hours
