It was actually for far more than 10 minutes worth a work. It was over 3 hours of work. I had worked two days for a total of 52 minutes combined when they were short on work and it didn't give me credit for either day. That's why I know that it was a problem beyond my control. I don't understand. Thanks for your help.

Ultimately it is only 10 minutes so the easiest thing to do is just change your invoice. Perhaps you were logged out of the toolbar when you thought you were logged in (it can automatically log you out) or perhaps it's a mistake their end but as Bizzie Lizzie said, unless you can prove you were working there's little point in arguing for the sake of a small amount of money. They have that I have more than 3 hours over on my invoice, not giving me credit for 2 days that I was logged on and working and other tasks as well. I don't exactly know how to do the browser history thing and send it to them but I'm about to figure it out now. If it comes down to it, I will revise my invoice but as of right now I don't want to because I know how long I worked and would never jeopardize my job or character for extra money. Thanks for your response.

After that I got rater aide so I definitely knew my timings were accurate. Because of this when they told me again a few months later than an invoice was out by a few hours I decided to fight it. I sent them a copy of my browser history proving I was working when I said I was. I did manage to get my invoice approved, but you have to decide whether it's worthwhile. It took me hours going through my history and copying it all. If they are only saying you are wrong by a few mins I would just take the time off.

The browser history thing is really easy, just time consuming. Let me know if you need any help.

Good luck with claiming hours back, its not fair if you do the work not to get paid.

Anyone else like me and not even had the invoice approved as yet?

Still no approval here but I have had work today. Done about 7 and a half hours and just gone to NRT.

Good you've been able to bank a few hours - that's something, at least. Maybe there'll be another batch of tasks released later on today...

All the tasks I have had today have been the same task type and I think they are related to a certification exam I did so that may explain why some have work and some don't.
