Thanks guys for your response. The thing is I have been with Leapforce for 6 months now and have never had an issue with my invoice. I know not to ever invoice for more than I have worked or the allowed time for each task. And the difference for what I invoiced and the amount they have in question is far more than 10 mins altogether. I don't get it. Should I change it even though I KNOW I actually worked those hours? That doesn't seem fair.0

Unfortunately I think that unless you have some hard evidence (rateraide records; browser history records; or similar) to forward to them as an appeal then you're going to have to bite the bullet and adjust downwards as they want.
If you read the earlier part of the thread I think lexilex had some big time discrepancy problem and I don't think she had much joy.0 -

I'm new to the forum!!
I am currently in the process of doing my exams and running a bit behind as I have had a poorly baby
I have finished and passed the 1st exam and currently doing my 2nd one.
To those who have done the exam which consists of Part 2 and Part 3 (As I know it recently changed) Could you please tell me how many questions there are in each one? I just need to know what kind of time to set aside in my last couple of days.
How many pages of tasks are there to do. I have been seeing the number 144 over google but that couldn't possibly be right, could it? 144 pages of URL rating? Or does that mean each of the buttons on the page counts as one question?

Ultimately it is only 10 minutes so the easiest thing to do is just change your invoice. Perhaps you were logged out of the toolbar when you thought you were logged in (it can automatically log you out) or perhaps it's a mistake their end but as Bizzie Lizzie said, unless you can prove you were working there's little point in arguing for the sake of a small amount of money. Did my exam late last year and think is was around 7-8 tasks for each part, but I took my time and kept opening up the guidelines for each, so it took quite a while to do.

I've had this issue twice. The first time they said I was out by 8 hours. I sent a few emails and got no where so ended up dropping it.
After that I got rater aide so I definitely knew my timings were accurate. Because of this when they told me again a few months later than an invoice was out by a few hours I decided to fight it. I sent them a copy of my browser history proving I was working when I said I was. I did manage to get my invoice approved, but you have to decide whether it's worthwhile. It took me hours going through my history and copying it all. If they are only saying you are wrong by a few mins I would just take the time off.0 -
Oh, and no approval here yet either, I did quite a few hours last month so getting a but nervy.0
