That sounds like it is a mistake. Does both the homepage and the email show your score as UA? I would definitely email as something odd must have happened.

I would email anyway, you don't want a UA on your record that possibly isn't right.

I think I'm going to do the same. I've had no emails from them in months, except regarding invoices and reviews. I've had no feedback emails, or any questioning my rating. The feedback on the website does show I got some tasks wrong (only slightly wrong which is easily done in this type of task) but I don't think I got enough wrong to have a UA.

I've written them an email but I don't want to send it and alert them that I still have tasks if I'm not supposed to have them.

Toxicity

If you have most/all of them correct and have an UA something must've gone wrong, especially if you still have tasks as I am sure the removal from work (until they review and cap) is an automatic process.

Just email them and mention you have reviewed the feedback and you're wondering where the UA has come from as the feedback shows you got most correct. No need to mention still having work.

Edit - Just thinking, is it the feedback tasks that they have based their reviews on, or are they just a random selection?

That's a good point, I just presumed it was based on those tasks.

Can I be nosey and ask those who have got okay reviews how many of the feedback tasks did you get correct? Just trying to work out what the boundaries are.

Which tasks are we talking about? The basic ones or the ones where you have to comment?
