Think I need to get a handle on logging in and out of the various toolbars. I didn't realise straight away that I needed to access the RA bar everytime and stop it between groups of work. Looking at what you guys are saying it looks like I wonder if I need to log out of the leapforce toolbar everytime I need to nip to the loo or do something else? Or is it a case of ensuring the times I invoice for are within a period the LF bar is logged in?

Just need to get my head around how it works so I can get my first invoice right lol.

    Thanks

You don't need to do anything with RA. It starts countdown when you log in to the LF toolbar and stops automatically when you log out.

If you are going to be away from your computer for longer than a couple of minutes then it's worth logging out. If you don't and end up taking longer than you should on a task you will only have to take that time off anyway. If you have a task acquired the clock will keep counting down. If you've left your computer with the index showing RA won't start counting down til you acquire a new task but if you are not actively working on a task you shouldn't bill for that time so it's not worth staying logged into the toolbar - log out and RA will finish the session.

Does that make sense? As I said, join chat, it's easier to ask/answer questions there as we there aren't the restrictions on what we can say.

All invoices are done in PST but RA converts them automatically. There is a link on RA to switch between local time and PST.

OK thanks for that think I have got think straight now, sounds like RA will do its own thing and I just need to concentrate on logging in and out of the LF toolbar. Good thing about the times with RA as well Thank you.

My turn for a UA this month, in the tasks I normally do well in too. Great timing just before christmas too :(

We do actually seem to have feedback this month, I just came across it by complete accident. Looking at that I don't understand how I have a UA
  • Sorry about that Lexi.

Following my UA last month I had NRT until 22nd November and have now got tasks back. Being NRT meant that I've been rated No Score Available which actually made me breathe a sigh of relief as I'm safe for another month.

However, I still have concerns as to whether I'll meet the productivity targets as I'm only really working at weekends and I'm about to go on holiday.

I have no score available for both despite working more hours last month than i ever have. Feedback is useful though.
  • So sorry to hear that Lexilex. I hope you get tasks back soon.

No score for me this month.
