Hi there I have been working for Leapforce for 8 months now and average about 30 hours per month. I would like to increase the amount of hours I am doing and noticed Lionbridge are recruiting aswell. The question is are you permitted to work for both companies?

No you can't work for both at the same time.

Why not just work more hours with LF? as far as I understand there is no limit as there is with LB.

I work all of the hours that are available but on average I only seem to get about 30 per month. Do you know the policy on another family member working for Lionbridge if I am working for Leapforce? It would be the same IP address.

Don't know about Lionbridge.

There are seasonal variations of course, but if you're available to work more than 30hours a month, but don't have access to the work, then there's a reason.

Have you had more this month?

No, the same IP address wouldn't be allowed/possible.

I would suggest maybe emailing them and asking them what you can do to receive more work. After my first capped month I have averaged at 80-90 hours per month since I started. Much more this month.

Sounds like you have a cap. You need to email them and ask if there is a quality issue you need to be aware of. How have your Reviews been?

Reviews have ranged from perfect to substandard, I have received a couple of emails asking me to explain a couple of ratings which I replied to and received a response stating that they were happy with my response. The most I have had in a month was 46 hrs, lately I seem to have been capped to 1hr 12m a day but since Friday I have only been getting 30 mins a day. I sent an email a few weeks ago asking if I was capped but I did not receive a response. I am going to send another email stating that I can manage a lot more tasks than I am currently receiving and see if it makes a difference. 80-90hrs per month would be amazing.
