  • If your most recent review was SS then you'll need to address that. They won't reply to emails mentioning a cap. Go back to basics, then email them stating what you have done and what you will do from now on.

    You will start getting more work, but not until you have spoken to them about your recent rating, and improved your work..
  • They emailed me after the SS review with a list of some ratings I reviewed the results and responded to the incorrect ratings. I received an email thanking me for my attention to the feedback. I suppose I will just have to wait and see and hope things pick up.

    Oh dear, maybe just me then. I had nothing all day yesterday and nothing so far this morning... :(

    It seems that quite a few caps hit at the end of last week - there was a theory in Chat that perhaps it is something to do with upcoming reviews. Hopefully it's just something simple but if there is a problem it would be nice if they emailed immediately rather than leaving people guessing.
  • I did reply yes, and had an email thanking me this morning with some positive comments. I had work until Sunday night but nothing since.
  • Well it looks like I won't be getting a renewal - 6 months is up first week in November. I'm very confused though, I get Average consistently for the first type and Perfect, last time, for the other. I even got an email congratulating me on one of my comments.
    I then received a review email for the 'perfect' type of tasks and everything on it was correct. Last week I received a further review email with about 40 of the 'other' type. I had 3 incorrect so I replied explaining my decision and how I would change my ratings. This morning I got another reply to that saying 'my answers demonstrated a solid understanding of the guidelines'..... doesn't seem to make sense.

    Don't panic Cass, my tasks were cut off in the month before my renewal, and my scores were the same as yours.

    While you're waiting go back and do some practice, that never hurts. Them email then ask them if there's an issue with your work, tell them what scores you received last time, and tell then exactly how much work you've been getting.

    If you just get a standard reply, email again a couple of days later.

    I've got my fingers crossed for you.
  • Aw thank you Ruby! I did email them but I'll wait and see if they reply. Just when I was starting to feel confident, this happens! That'll teach me to not be paranoid! Lol.
