I got four emails. The first telling me I had passed. The second asked me to complete demographic info and then another thanked me for this info and told me access would be restored soon. Then finally I got another email saying 'You are now a Leapforce agent' and I started work. For me this all happened in one night, but I did complete demographics straight away.

I only got the first two emails so haven't had the go ahead yet. I've emailed them twice but not had a response. I can access everything though but don't want to start until I've been officially told I can.

They do seem to reply quite quickly. I've not found them the most helpful of people though. I had problems setting up my banking info and they didn't want to know.

Hope you get it sorted soon. You're not missing out on any work at the minute.

Can I ask what email you are sending to?
I am still waiting for a reply and my exam is due in less than 2 days

I've had an email saying I'm active, they obviously forgot to let me know! Guess we just crack on then. Lexilex - when do you set up bank info? I assumed that would be something they would email about?

You will get an email about it within a few days and they give you a link for you to submit information

Had an email back during the night and it was a problem their end.
Anyone doing the exam this week that has to be submitted the 27th I have had one email saying its got to be in by 12am PST (8am GMT) and then on the following 2 emails it says 10.34am PST (6.34pm GMT) .
Obviously with me losing almost 3 days the later time is better, but I dont know if I dare risk it. What times has everyone else had to submit by?
I will email and ask them but as I wont get a reply untill the early hours.

Iv had an email asking me for the bank info but still no email to say im active

I only got one because I emailed them asking why I hadn't heard anything. It's like there's a bunch of us they forgot about. I had the bank info email too. If you can log in to the dashboard thingy then I would assume you can just start?
