Still heard nothing
Tried to phone the court and was on hold for ages and didnt move up the waiting queue at all.
So my question still stands
How long does the claimant have to reply to my defence?0 -

Howabout doing the honourable thing and paying back what you owe. It would be fair to negotiate repayment of the original principle excluding interest would it not? You acknowledge on here that you owe the money so why try and run away from it?
