Orange won't give me a PAC code... Can anyone help?

I'm trying to change to a new phone deal from my pay as you go orange SIM, I've just been trying for over an hour to get through to someone at orange to give me a number to call to get a PAC code so as I can take my number with me, I can't find the number on their website, does anyone know it?

if you dont want to call from your phone go in orange shop (not 100% that they will know about that number though)
