Loss of ringtones
My Samsung E710 has decided to break down. The screen has gone almost white with the grey text vanishing. No problem. Vodaphone will send me another free. ..... BUT all my expensive ringtones will go back to the factory with the old phone.... Is there any hope of saving them???
