he sent an cheque did not clear so he sent echeque that took 10 days so that took about 17 days0 -

Each one seems to indicate an unacceptable delay in posting, or non-delivery. If each one has reported you to Ebay, that's enough to get you suspended. Yes, there are people out there with far more negs than you. However, they are still about because many Ebayers don't know how to go about reporting non-performing sellers.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Hold on, you said you haven't sold anything recently... Thing is, according to your feedback, the last time you sold was on April 27th. I'd say that was fairly recent. 6 items in the last few weeks, in fact. I'd say your suspension results from not sending out those CDs, as that's also fairly recent. You've already had disputes against you, so Ebay was watching you. You then failed to send the two cd auctions out in a reasonable time, and now you're suspended indefinitely. A few days before that, you were left neutral feedback for delayed sending.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

I think your concept of timescales is a bit warped.
"I've not had any disputes recently" does not mean "in the last week".
It means like in the last year or so.
And Ebay don't really count timescales.
3 strikes is 3 strikes, no matter how long it takes to acquire them.It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
