Hello,
We brought a Digihome TV from Comet, and yes it is no longer working!. Does anyone know how I can get hold of them, as I can't seem to find any contact details anywhere for them, no other shop seems to want to help me and I'm not quite sure what to do now!
Thank you for your help.

It looks like they're an Indian company (their phone number appears to be Pune - [formerly Poona]).
Email: info@digihome.co.inTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Do you really think he'll get any joy from this? Especially a 'phone number in India.
As the link says "for the budget homeowner"
From the answer to the OP's other thread:We brought a Digihome TV from Comet at Christmas and yes it is know not working!. Does anyone know of how I can contact them as there are no copntact details on the internet, no shop seems to want to help me and I don't know what to do next.
Unless you took out one of their extended guarantees (with another insurance provider) there is no one you can complain to.
If I were you, I'd look around to see if you can get the thing repaired cheaply. Otherwise, you'll just have to accept the loss unless you get the Indian manufacturer to cough up!0 -
The info@digihome.co.in email address has to be worth a shot. There are still some firms with integrity.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. They are not from india, that website is not related to the people that made/badged the TV.
The people responsible for the TV are part of:

Is it still in manufacturer's warranty?
Why did you expect any shop other than Comet to help you?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
I bought a Digihome TV from Tesco, I concluded that by comparison Technica was a premium brand.
......and it only showed old episodes of Mr Ed.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

The OP has obviously taken the TV to other shops in the forlorn hope that they might exchange it or fix it even though he didn't buy it from them.0
