    I agree with that as well as the hire company has not done what their trade body requires them to do, just pop an email to parking eye. Though if the hire company cannot charge the card further then enterprise will probably pass on the address eventually otherwise they become liable.

    Quick question: have you paid any admin fee, in other words has any of it gone through your bank account and into the pockets of the rental company?

  • yes, they took it on 31st Jan via my credit card
