I agree with that as well as the hire company has not done what their trade body requires them to do, just pop an email to parking eye. Though if the hire company cannot charge the card further then enterprise will probably pass on the address eventually otherwise they become liable.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
