SE K550i or K750i?

The former is £20 more expensive at CPW (I want unlocked PAYG). Is it worth the extra money?

Also has anyone heard of mobilebee.com - US that has a UK affiliate. I am probably stupid to buy a discontinued model (!) but have always wanted a panasonic VS6 (it takes fantastic video clips).
Failing that which sub £100 phone has the best vid camera. I'm disappointed with the 750i's video - still camera's not bad outside but is grainy inside, but not in the VS6's class.
Is the 550i just a reworked 750i? I've only seen pics of it - is it about the same size as the 750i.

it is a rework of the k750i. i think the k550i has more internal memory, it has edge and a dpad. the good thing with dpads it that they dont get clogged up with dust like joysticks.

here is a comparison between the 2 models.

the video on most SE phones is still a crap 176*144 @ 15fps. the only SE handsets that have good video are the w900i and p990i (240*320 @ 30fps)

Here is another comparison...yeah they pretty much the same thing...but the K550 is slighlty slimmer.

Also like gaming guy said the dpad is much easier to use than the joystick, and more durable.

er, what's a dpad?! there seems little to choose between them; I may go for the red K750i or will pick up OH's phone :-(
or maybe the 550 cos it's lighter :-S which is good. Is it a newer model then? Same horrible video, thanks for confirming.

if you have a look at the w810i (for example), the big silver thing in the middle of the phone is the dpad.

you post the 'here' in blue by clicking on in the Reply to Thread page. you then change the highlighted text into something else after you have clicked on ok in the pop up box
