  • I live near to you (I'm assuming your user name is taken from the place you live) and know there is no kind of financial help available to pay for the costs in the area, to double check try calling the West Fife cat protection league and see what they say.

    At least 2 practices locally do offer PDSA care, but you need to be already registered. Look up eligibility, and see if it is worth registering for the future.

    My vets offer a payment plan, you need to pay something like £10 a month towards vaccinations etc but it also gives you 10% off bills and the ability to spread the cost over a longer period of time which was a great help when my cat needed some expensive care.

    Good luck, and updates would be nice.
