Come tomorrow the BPA will do a press release welcoming their newest member, a "VP Parking Ltd". :o

Not to be confused with VP Parking Solutions, even though the staff remain the same
Indeed standby for a subtle rebrand/phoenix. There is far too much money for anyone to let this go too soon

Quite so Kite2010, semper vigilans as ever is the order of the day. We should keep an eye on Stroma's link from post # 2. It's still good to go, maintained as at March 2013.
Experience suggests that though the list is always described as current it frequently isn't and has sometimes listed as members companies that had gone bust many months before.

The so-called current list continues to show Liberty Services Ltd as a trading title of Liberty Printers aka Car Parking Partnership even though the company of that name was dissolved in late 2010 and in any event had absolutely no connection whatsoever to Liberty Printers (it was a small Fife-based computer company). The BPA were first informed of this very nearly two years ago and still no correction has been made. Apparently, correctly and accurately identifying the legal entity of their members isn't deemed an important enough priority it would seem.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
