VP Parking Solutions

Do I recall reading that this company can no longer apply to the DVLA for details of the registered owner of a vehicle?

It is just that our estate management company have just circulated a letter stating that they are "still attending the site regularly and patrollers can arrive at any time during a 24 hour period, 7 days a week".

On one hand I would not want these scammers to get away with charging anybody. However, as it is a private estate and all the surrounding roads have parking restrictions, I would not want 'all and sundry' parking there.
Thank you for reading this message.

They are still listed as bpa aos members, but it doesn't mean they should be paid their scam invoices

I think the DVLA ban was only for 3 months and they can now get DVLA data again.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Okay .....

So where are all their car parks?

We should be checking a few to make sure their new signs are up .... The ones without any reference to the BPA and AOS :rotfl:

Not to be confused with VP Parking Solutions, even though the staff remain the same

If the figures on 60% of motorists paying up are correct, why would VP need the BPA?
change the rules for parking, make the bays narrower, get hold of a job lot of yellow penalty charge notices, affix to cars = proffit.

Quite so Kite2010, semper vigilans as ever is the order of the day. We should keep an eye on Stroma's link from post # 2. It's still good to go, maintained as at March 2013.
