Anyone joining me for a spring clean today?!

I'm hoping to get some motivation....

It's the first day of the half term holidays and I had planned a major spring clean. It's 11am and I've barely started! I had wanted upstairs done before my OH came back for his lunch lol.

I've promised myself I'm going to sort my wardrobe out on Wednesday when I have a day off. I'm already coming up with excuses to put it off though....

Weather is not right here for a proper spring clean. It's raining, and dank. For me, I want bright, dry weather preferably for thre days, and I have another few weeks before I feel guilt about not having done it. :)

I have already started, cleared the pantry out which resulted in an avalanche of crap that almost had me lost for days (wonder how long it would have been before I was noticed missing!).
I really should be decorating the girls bedroom but I am instead finding 'urgent' jobs that require my attention lol!

It's not half term here either until next week. :p Though I'd be far more inclined to spring clean when they were at school all week and not at home messing up what I'd just done and asking to go somewhere. Unless you normally work full-time and have taken this week off because it is school hols?

  • So I appear to in the minority on half term! And with a sunny (but cold) day!
And yes, half term also means my weeks holiday. So far I have done the bathroom and master bedroom I am now tackling the "office" (if you can call it that!)

I have a large bin bag FULL and a huge pile for paper recycling!

Didn't manage to get upstairs done before OH came home for lunch....it's all downhill from here lol!
