New conservatory still leaking after three remedial visits, where to go next?

I recently had a conservatory installed and overall I'm happy with the construction but we have double patio doors and at the point where the fixed panels meet the dwarf walls we are getting damp patches on the floor when it rains.
I've now had their 'customer service' guy out three times and whilst the damp patches are now smaller and less pronounced than they were I dare not lay carpet. On the first visit he declared a piece of trim was missing and fitted it, this made no difference. On the second visit he said the rails for the doors weren't draining properly and drilled some more drainage holes. On the third visit he lifted the gutters and resealed everything he could see, unfortunately I'm still getting damp patches (albeit smaller and less damp).
I think it's fair to say that I'm losing faith in the company as all they seem to do is pump more and more filler into the frames on each visit and hope. As he left on the last trip he grinned and said, "third time lucky".
The company are pushing for the final 10% payment which I am currently withholding on the grounds I am not happy the structure is satisfactory. The internal finishing was completed on the 12th December but I've been unable to lay the underfloor heating or flooring because of this unresolved issue.
We also have a secondary issue with a drain smell as they boxed in a soil pipe and this seems to force the smell into the kitchen when the upstairs toilet is flushed. They have subsequently blamed our solar panel installers as they cut the top of the soil pipe and the people they sent claimed there was not enough clearance between the panels and the top of the soil stack. The solar company sent a guy around and agreed to fit an air admittance valve, but he was adamant that there was sufficient clearance and that we were being fobbed off. They also stated over the phone that it wasn't their fault if the soil pipe wasn't sound before they boxed it in?!
Anyone have any suggestions as to where to go next? As we haven't paid our final 10% we have yet to receive our insurance backed guarantee, is this normal?
Regards,
Jason.

As there are a lot of incidentals here I would sugest Trading standards would be best bet. Or &,
Get back in touch with the comany and mention 3 visits to rectify this problem, and still not rectified. Go to the top man, dont be fobbed off.
If you are not 100% happy keep the 10% final payment until you are happy.
Hope this helps.
