can't get rid of Trojan virus!!! (hijack this log included)

I have done the windows memory diagnostic and it found no errors.
I have done the hotfix. Is is a matter of wait and see if the blue screen returns? Sometimes it can be a week or two and sometimes it can be almost everyday the blue screen appears.0 -
See how it goes. From the DDS log the 0x50's have been daily for the last few days.0

Method 1 of 2: Using anti-malware

Disable System Restore.

Install an anti-malware program, if you haven’t already.

Reboot into Safe Mode.

Uninstall any unfamiliar programs.

Start a scan with your anti-malware program
Method 2 of 2: Rogue killer

Open your antivirus program. Do a complete scan

Download rkill.exe. Run until it stops.- Download tdsskiller. Run until it stops. Follow all prompts.
- Do not reboot your computer after running steps 2 and 3.
- Download a free version of Malwarebytes. Run a scan 2 times.
- Reboot.
- Download Rogue Killer. Start scan.
- Reboot.
- Open your antivirus program again.
