Mortgage-free Glee! Hung up my suit! Xmas Saver!
It happens from time to time in all supermarkets, I would hope till receipts are checked all the time and not when you feel you have had a few errors!

That is what customer service are there for.

When you find you are undercharged or not charged at all do you go to customer service and say look I seem to owe you X£'s?
Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.

Well apart from the swings and roundabout comments and go to customer services which of course I do, my post is just a warning to other's,,,, oh and by the way it's just happened again, this week.

So if you do go to customer services, how have you been the victim when they would have refunded double their mistake?
Watch out for Tesco's pricing error's, we have been the victim on at least 6 occasions over the last year, it's got to the point were my wife checks each entry on the till receipt before we leave the checkout (apologies for those behind us) It makes you wonder how many people pay more than they should because they don't check.
" Every little help's".... us or them.

Still don't know why you hold up the queue.

I always find it's the offers that tend not to go through. Had one at the self service checkouts the other week. 3 for 2 on beauty products. I double checked all labels to make sure I was buying the right products, but it didn't take the 3rd one off. Called the guy over, he went over to beauty department, I was right. He had to literally change the price of 2 items to match what I should pay.

It seems to be happening more and more to me. It never happens to me in Sainsburys!
