okay thanks everyone.
On the plus side hubby will have much cheaper car Insurance from 9th March even with telling new Insurers he is being blamed for accident. Think it is going to be £100 less per year with more generous legal cover so that is the good outcome of this!0 -
If he does not have protected no claims bonus has he obtained the quote taking into account a reduction in his no claims bonus/0

Luckily he does have protected No Claims Bonus for the life of the Policy.
Until this accident he had 16 years with no claims!!0
