daughters off to the states with college in two weeks and we want to get her a pre paid dollar card because of its convenience and safety . unfortunately the majority of cards are for 18years minimum .
she only needs one for this trip then it can be thrown away so can anyone recommend one with low transaction fees etc

What you can do is open the account in your name and add your daughter as an additional card holder. They normally allow anyone over 13 to be added.0
