mobile phone help please

hi all, i wonder if you could help... i have a sony ericsson k330i and my phone has been working fine till yesterday... but now everytime i try and call someone it flashes up number error ~ retry? now i can accept calls but it will let me ring out... not even my house phone. The phone is a payg on vodafone, i have took the phone appart and blew the sim and put it back together and its the same... could it be the phone or the sim?

Are you calling numbers from your stored contacts or entering the number in using the keypad?

Try dialing from the keypad your gonna need to remember a number for it but give it a go Im sure you will be able to do it.

see it that works it could be somthing strange with the contacts maybe set to dial a country code automatically or some other paranormal activity.
