Bought £75.00 trainers from House of Fraser early January, now coming apart!

To cut a long story short: - Bought a pair of Dune trainers from the House of Fraser website during the first week of January 2013 (not a sale item) -Worn for little over a month, well looked after - Lining inside right shoe has completely come away/ripped apart Surely a pair of £75 trainers should last longer than one…

But it will be Dune's decision not HoF as HoF don't own the stock. It' easier to deal with the concession than HoF. I've had this issue multiple times and HoF have always referred me to the concession
