Whilst looking to upgrade my phone, saw this deal which seems quite good for the low user.

I just got the iphone 5 with tesco and they offered a free phone plus a £50 tesco voucher on a £36 a month contract - thought that was pretty good

The iPhone 5 can be bought from the apple store for £529 interest free credit also available. Tesco sim only deals from £10 monthly.

£12 Sim only deal for Virgin with 1200 minutes, unlimited texts and 1gb data. Loads of refurbished iPhone 4's for sale. If you buy a new one from Apple it's £319. Total price over 24 months £463.00 or £25.29per month. Even with iPhone 5 it's £34.04 mth.

£319 is for the Iphone 4, the 4S is still £449. So it's £18.70 a month for the phone (4S) over 24 months plus whatever sim only tariff you go for.

That's the same deal I got buy with e2save so only £27.27 cashback at the time (December 2012). As it's o2 the price is going up by 3.2% at the end of the month though :-(

This is why I'm holding off my renewal till the beginning of March!
