Due to this great thread and last weeks too i have for the 1st time in ages had a bit of spare money to put into an empty savings account. I am terrible for random shops most days in places like Tesco and Home Bargains, and these shops mount up usually to around £10-£13 each time!
But since being on these weekly budgets and sticking as close to them as possible it has meant i had a spare £100 to put away Just proves what those £10 daily shops added up to really!
This has been the biggest incentive to carry this on, If i could have little over £800 by June i could knock off 4-5 months of my DMP
Thank you for these threads Glad i joined in!
So on a bad note the window cleaner just came lol Never 100% know when he will come, but just paid him £8 Along with the £1.22 for some cakes for the kids earlier.
I have £10.78 left. Staying in for the rest of the day now though lol0 -

Hmm okay so I only have £1 left out of £40.00
Although I suppose really I did use £20 of that on petrol so I haven't spent a whole lot.
Yesterday I had to buy a card and a present for my boyfriend. And when I went and bought him cookies, I may have bought some for myself as well... I was hungry. So that wasn't needed really.
Oh and also got to buy a bottle of something to take to my froend's tomorrow so I declare this week an overspend week.
Rubbish for my first week of doing it! Lol
