    How is work?

Glad it is all over. Visitors have been and gone. Came in with a clear agenda and were not particularly pleasant. Overall grading was what we deserved. Some things praised, some areas to work on. I'm grateful that I won't have to go through that stress for another few years.

You had another surprise visit recently didn't you? How did that go?

I hope that, like me, you planning on doing no work over the holidays - I am on strike!

They amaze me actually. At nearly 70 the olds have more oomph and a better social life than we do.

Just been battling the person in the mirror. I am amazed how much i am in the habit of needing to just pop in x and pick up y when i am in town.
