Well done on the marking money and general positive tone of your diary :)

I may also have to pinch the gratitude lists as I need a bit of help in that area sometimes :o

Fab extra cash. Will it be an overpayment or is it committed elsewhere? (Like Irish Draught fund??)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Starter emergency fund
    pay off some of CC

so really I should be DFW.
  • It is great when you get a nice chunk of money on top of pay. Only downside is having to do the chuffing marking.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

Oh yes! We are both so glad he has finished.

How the world has changed...trying to explain syncopation to DD1.

I was equipped with two analogies...one was about fag papers...so the second, which was about sniffing, was my only resource.

Glad I'm not a music teacher!
