Can you have too many plants?
Rally done. Ponyplops' lightbulb came on earlier rather than later.

Earlier than yesterday when she picked up the wheelbarrow with her teeth, flipped it over then spooked at it.

    Lovely weather here.

Hi Al, we had three and two seater ektorp sofas in brown leather many years ago, I loved them and they lasted fairly well considering we had three kids three and under plus cats and kittens . Very comfy and you can get replacement covers if they get trashed :D

Maybe you would be allowed tea if made with lukewarm water? Or only if drank in a designated 'hot spot' :rotfl:
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
