    Blimey, that listing seems awfully "cheap", Alchemilla! Four bedrooms, 6 acres, stables and a portakabin ... of course, its a semi, not a detached, and I'm guessing people who make that move want detached?

  • Seems a crazy price compared to £400,000 for a very ordinary two bed flat in Walthamstow!

    Oh goodness yes.

    I think its all about employment though. The average salary here was 17k BEFORE the recession.
