    Ugh I am so exhausted.

    DD2 to ballet, met friend for coffee, cleared out about a foot of DD2's cupboard of doom, DD1 to shop to spend her birthday voucher, DS to play date, DD2 friend here for a sleepover.

    Remove dehumidifier and chest replace with settle

    It is worth contacting agent to see if falling down house does not go through to call you ? I did that once and it worked a charm - ended up buying the house on the basis I would complete before the chap whose offer had been accepted and had then dithered and dithered.....
    Sounds like spending netted bargins!
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
