Not a lot. As I'm I'm not sleeping a lot :rotfl:. Good few nights of around 2.5 hours according to fitbit .

Amazed at the amount you're managing to get done after school... You're clearly a woman on a mission!

    Sleep hygiene:
No computer 1/2 hour before bed (let that slip occasionally but doesn't make any difference)
No lights in the bedroom - have to press alarm to see time and radio doesn't show any lights.
No TV or computer in bedroom
    No clutter in bedroom
    Usually read a book
Makes no difference if I have tea or not, no coffee and rarely alcohol (except weekends :D)
Dark curtains (don't like complete black outs)
Ventilated room - probably a bit too hot but no difference if cooler
No difference if I have a bath or not
    Etc :(

  • Poor you. You just have too much on your mind.
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

Yup SSS but tbh the only difference to normal is that now I have proof I'm a cr*p sleeper :rotfl:.

Yup Al, made no difference except the place smelt nice :D
