Weeeelll...its wall mounted. The alternatives are
* pay someone to drill into our backyard concrete and put up a whirligig
* have the washing on view in the front garden
* pay for a load of oil keeping the aga on all summer.
So washing line and baby belling purchased earlier will be paid for by just 4 weeks of having the aga off.
Good question though.
I am going to give myself marks out of ten each day for these areas...to give me less excuses...

We paid that much for our washing line too .. and I love it .. was it the one where you had to hold the piece of the box to make sure you had it at optimum hanging height????Dec 2011 £101,000
