There are some distinctly odd folk on MFP (as well as the decent success stories) - not that I count myself as one of the odd ones !!!!
I friended someone once who kept telling me that the path to my weight/inch loss salvation was not just eating right and exercising but I needed to feel spiritually connected to my food.
The closest I come to feeling spiritually connected is "thank god that's cooked and to hell with the dishes until tomorrow" but I really don't think that's what she meant!!!- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Have to make mushroom soup, tomato soup, macaroni cheese, moussaka and something for pudding for tomorrow.
