it is in indeed Friday tomorrow. I am grateful for being one week down (6 to go :D)

I'm an ITT mentor and my current student is fab. Quite upset at the thought of her leaving, if there was a job on offer she'd be a keeper for sure. Know what you means about the energy it requires. Even the good ones need a lot of input, and if you've got a bad one it's like doing the work of two people

glad to hear karma has been doing her thing ;)

Not too bad a day. Got better when Brian Cox read the bedtime story.

  • Hello,

I do know what you mean about mentoring, especially on first placement. You do get some payback in the summer when they take your classes though, that is if they are good enough!

I enjoy the karma on your behalf too. Have a really lovely weekend. Is the five weeks to go until half term or something more exciting?

    Mortgage-free Glee!
All great news, presuming its 5 weeks to go to half term too. Although I am looking for teaching work, I have to admit I am enjoying time with the little ones at home. Maybe too much! Enjoy your weekend x

Squirrel this last student was very very needy and stroppy to boot. Not a good combo.
Earthie i dont think it is possible to enjoy time at home tooo much. You revel in it!
I know you guys will get this, but we are under the cosh a bit at work and our department has descended into dreadful backbiting and tittletattling. Taking credit for other peoples work, worrying about the splinters in others eyes rather than the planks in our own...we need to sort out our !!!!.

£62 spent in AF cheap delivery.
