Opinions on Tesco Broadband?

We've been with BT for the last few years, and paying £26.99 a month for what we get just isn't worth it. The 1MB unlimited usage one for £19.97 would do the job nicely. I just checked and it's available in our area. The Clubcard points gained would be a massive bonus too. Are any of you with Tesco Broadband? What are your opinions, experiences etc? :)

I have been with Tesco bb since it started as I was a happy dial up customer and am a happy bb customer, only had one downtime a couple of years ago which was a BT fault in Manchester.

we were with Tesco broadband from the start, changed to Talk Talk recently
had no problems with Tesco would go back to them again if it did not work out with Talk Talk. So far I have had no problems. I changed purely for the cost saving. I did not ever phone tesco for anything because I never had a problem.

Been with Tesco from the start(over 2yrs) never had any problems whatsoever . The only thing I would say they are not value for money nowadays. I am thinking about changing to Sky broadband for value for money, I just hope they are as reliable as Tesco.

Many thanks for your input  I would like to try Sky Broadband but as far as I am aware it's not yet available in my area. Like I said, the Clubcard points are a nice bonus and a £7 saving per month is pretty good :)

I was with Tesco broadband from when it started until a couple of months back. Like others, excellent service, never any problems, so on that front I'd recommend it to anyone.

However i echo moneysaver, in saying Tesco don't offer value for money anymore. I was on 512Kps unlimited paying £17.99. Moved to tiscali and now get 2Mbps (i.e. 4 x faster) for £14.99.

I'm on Tesco £17.97 512 connection. I've never had problems with it but it is just not a competitive rate these days. I've been waiting for Sky but I've now given up and thinking of going to Tiscali or BT.
