We complained to FSO and they upheld Halifax decision. However soon after this the Halifax passed us over to a DCA and interest was frozen. Took approx. 12 months in all.
I phoned FOS the yesterday and they said if the complaint was over 6 months there was nothing they could do. have found their last letter and doesnt refer to FOS so will phone back FOS tomorrow and see if i have any luck.
BevieB now at a year in and with interest being applied it will take till 2020 to clear the debt i think.( cant bear to update my sig just yet) and thats if brclys dont re-introduced interest when the debt level goes down .
Just keep on plugging away.LBM Sept 2012

 Morning fellow DMPers.
Hope everyone is doing well with their plans.
We ordered some prezzies for Christmas from Amazon. Not much but they were supposed to have been delivered this week but never arrived. We were told they went to the wrong address and that we should cancel our order and re-order which we duly did. The following day two lots of prezzies turned up
I'm not sure how that happened as the courier company told us the goods were delivered elsewhere. Now we are trying to send one lot back and boy do they make it difficult. They won't let us post them back by RM. A courier has to collect them and come between 8am and 6pm. We both work and asked if they could be more specific but they can only do that on the day they deliver and would call us in the morning to let us know, by which time is too late to make alternative arrangements. So we haven't been able to organise to return the duplicates.
OH says we should just hang onto them and see if they pursue it, but I am for all my sins an honest person and not very comfortable with that idea. If it was you would you keep them?DMP Mutual Support Thread No. 421

They have done this a few times to a family relative but as they are at home most of the time it has not been too much of a problem. Is there anyway the couriers can pick them up from your work address or another person you can leave them with or is that making it too complicated?
You could also have a moan and see what Amazon come back with as that quite often helps with them if you push it enough!
I'm afraid I am way too honest and wouldn't want to keep it.

Sorry I don't know who moneygroup are but they don't sound like a free dmp provider or are they a company you owe money too?
Are you currently in a dmp, in which case all your creditors should have been included at the start.
Can you clarify?

Moneygroup DMP costs.
