I've just had the same email. Doesn't seem to be on the quidco app though, which is a pain as the TCB app makes it a lot easier to check the deals when you're out and about.

it has an option to print off the cashback offer list.

The same thing keeps happening to me too (have tried it twice now). Anyone had their cash back tracked when the app closes, or should I keep trying?

For those struggling with S's double-sided receipt, I can confirm(mine one is confirmed and payable) you can just manually put two pics together and the cashback will still go to your account within 1 day. No hassles contacting CS so just feel safe to shop at S

I went to Sainsburys this morning and emailed them this afternoon. Cashback already there. Pretty impressive service!

It is for in store shopping only, not online orders.

Quidco seem to have an online shopping option with their ClickSnap version of this if thats any use to you
