Quidco have declined a clicksnap receipt but the message box is blank.

I haven't used Quidco for a while, how do I find out the reason it was declined?

(reminds me why I routinely use TopCashBack)

I have submitted receipts for a few offers and the cashback has been payable around 24 hours later. It will depend when you submit the receipt too and I guess they will be queued. I've submitted mine around 6pm on different days and the cashback has been payable either the next morning or early afternoon.

It does look like I am having a problem with the mars bars offer as I submitted it the same time as another offer yesterday which was payable around dinner time today, but no sign of the mars cashback. I have found when I've submitted a few receipts for different offers together that they are payable at the same time so the Mars receipt has gone missing and since the offer ended at midnight last night I can't submit it again.

I@m guessing that if the offer says that it starts on 4 Feb, you can't post a receipt that is dated prior to that?

I've used the TCB one and it tracked and paid out within a day or so.
