    anyone having problems sending their pic on their phones???

    going through the proceedure, and once i take the picture of the receipt it not letting me send it, its going straight back to take another picture???

    ( hope that made sense)

    any ideas on what I can do?

    COOLTRIKERCHICK - can you not scan and submit online??

    I have 2 separate folders on my desktop - 1 for hubby's account and 1 for mine. Just scan and save in each folder. App is easier to be honest, when it works.
    A few have had problems with the apps it seems.

    Please can I ask does anyone know for sure if Quidco needs to see not only name of store at the top, item, date at the bottom of the receipt but also the method of payment eg cash or card - still not sure if this is the problem with Quidco.

    I've only sent them 2 snaps daays ago - no rejection email yet

    I've not used Quidco clicksnap but you probably be best asking on the Clicksnap thread as you have posted in TCB snap and save :)

    Does anybody knows how to check if they received your picture?
    I uploaded 2 receiets yesterday and there is no way to know it if its being processed or not?

    Nothing shows in your account until they approve your receipt then the cashback shows as payable. All the receipts I have submitted have taken around 24 hours to become payable.

    I've had no problems with any of mine. I thought one receipt went missing after I submitted it as it took a little longer than the others but it did become payable within 48 hours. The other offers have took around 24 hours so yours should appear in your account some time today.
