I scanned 3 items on the same receipt. Two were payable a couple of days ago and the third today. My nutella was also marked as choc spread and it tracked and was payable.
I didn't know snickers were on the list so will have to see if I can find the receipt and hope OH hasn't thrown it away.saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

When did you buy them? The snickers were added on 11th Feb so if you bought before that date you wouldn't be able to claim.0 -

For those of you wondering about the Sainsbury's receipts, TCB have replied to a post on their FB page:As you say folding should work and we suggest you do this where you can. However, if you really have problems with this snap 2 pictures and send them straight after each other if you can't manage to fold it and get all the info in. As long as you send them within a few minutes of each other and not hours or days apart then we'll recognise them and approve it on one record. They've now amended that advice in the same Facebook thread:I'm sorry but I misinformed you earlier. It seems that we have a block on sending more than one image per offer. So, if this does happen and you do need to send two images please email them to snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk. Yes I tried their send two pictures advice earlier and it failed.
I worked out where in the app you were supposed to be able to do it so hopefully they will get it sorted soon
On the same note but an update from me.............Last night I photocopied one side and then carefully placed the other side of the receipt so that everything was shown in the photograph. As they can check the purchase with the receipt number it was all above board and today I was paid
That said I think it would be safer at this stage to email them.0
