natwest charges question

i have sent my first letter to natwest to reclaim my bank charges in my current and business accounts. but i seem to think that i can only claim charges back in my current account. is this correct? can i claim charges for my business account also? i have heard nothing from natwest and it has been well over 14 days how long do i leave it before sending a second letter?
can anyone help me please?
