Help! just had a bill from Calor for £550

I'm on a metered estate with a Calor gas meter. Have lived here for six months now. Calor have been sending me bills for approximately £110 a month. I've just now had one for £547.83! Ok this is getting weirder.

Not arguing the price, but this statement covers the period from 01/10/2012 to 15/01/2013 yet does not appear to take into account the fact that I've been paying them roughly £110 a month every month.

They can't explain where that money has gone but are adamant that the bill is correct. They're allegedly going to phone me back.
