  • I did reply on another post to you. You have the same OR as GIS. Check his picture out on the Insolvency website. He's a friendly enough guy from what I have heard from GIS. Don't worry to much. Enjoy the flower festival by the way. (you need to be local to understand that bit)

    ::::::::::::::UPDATE:::::::::::::::::

    After getting home last night and reading first hand the letter form the court affirming the BR as of 1st May 2007 8:30/32 for the wife and me, it mentioned that we would have to contact the OR in Nottingham... not visit.

    So, I rung them today, and looks like we are dealing with a nice lady, who is doing our interviews next week.

    Not afraid of it anymore, as she already took some details and I asked some questions about keeping a basic NW bank account I already have..

    Time for a beer or two tonight I think :D

    Thanks Guys

    Can I ask, what is it the OR can do that makes seeing them scary? You are bankrupt once the court says you are, is that right? Then you see the OR? They can't presumably "unbankrupt" you? Or take money you don't have? I'm just wondering if this is an aspect people worry about for a good reason or not? If I need to worry, lie to me now!
