We heard we will mainly have to start off paying the people and when they mess it up we'll take it back and pay the llord direct. we think its a horrible idea too but thats what we've been told. We dont really know much more than the average man, and we're suppose to be the people that know. Waiting for that training session....

My daughter doesn't like being on benefits she is in the process of finding a placement so she can start a college course in September. The pill failed , the father walked away and doesn't pay anything not all single mums have children so they can live on benefits.
We are not all in this together , MP's want £30k a year rise when I haven't had a pay rise in4 years. I know we have to get away from the culture of benefits paying more than working . However surely the government should be creating jobs first before cutting benefits. All they seem to want is people to volunteer and work for free.My secret fantasy is having 2 men....

Isn't that asking for trouble? I mean if you have an addict of any sort who is paid there universal credit are they really going to go and pay there rent themselves ?? Or will it be used to fund addiction? It could lead to A LOT of problems....was just wondering that was all
Our council has been paying direct to tenants for nearly a year now.
But if it is believed the tenant will get into arrears by having the payment made to them , the council can pay direct to landlord.0 -
